What is the time commitment and format?
This is an 8-week live, virtual program with 90-minute sessions. There is no formal homework; however, you are encouraged to spend time outside each session contemplating the reflection questions and reading additional mat
Will I have access to the founders, staff, or other faculty?
With pleasure, you will have direct access to the Center of Compassionate Leadership during the program. After certification, you will be added to their master email list, receive newsletters, and be invited to join the global alumni community on monthly calls. The founders, and faculty lead the monthly calls and often include outside speakers.
Will I receive a certificate upon completing this program?
You will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Center for Compassionate Leadership, signed by your facilitator from The People + Culture Method. The official certificate will be delivered electronically and shared on LinkedIn or other digital platforms.
Do I have life-long access to the course material?
Yes, you can access the materials and recordings at any time. We ask that you respect our intellectual property and appropriately source the content if and when re-using the materials.
What payment methods are accepted for the program tuition?
Tuition can be paid directly online using a company corporate card or personal credit card from a major provider. Zelle payment is also accepted. If payment is received before the first session, we can invoice your organization directly.
Will you refund my tuition if I have to withdraw?
If you must withdraw up to two weeks before the start of the course, your fees are refundable in full, less a $100 USD administrative fee.
Are scholarships available?
We are committed to providing equitable access to the practices and principles of compassionate leadership to everyone who can benefit. Investment need not be an obstacle to participation. What is covered in the program tuition? Are there any additional costs?
The program tuition covers the entire training, access to the live Zoom sessions, and lifetime access to session recordings, program materials, and the ongoing alumni community. There are no additional fees.
Can my organization pay for my tuition?
This program will likely qualify for tuition reimbursement if the content curriculum aligns with your job function and responsibilities. We can invoice your organization directly or provide you with an invoice to submit. For the next steps, please email [email protected].
Are group rates available?
Absolutely! Some organizations send several team members together to build an internal base of compassionate leadership community and support. We are pleased to offer group rates if three or more employees at your organization want to participate in the same cohort. Alternatively, if there are 10 or more participants from one company, we offer an accelerated program suitable for team offsites—virtual or live. What technology is required to access the course?
Live sessions will be conducted on the Zoom platform. You will need a free subscription to Zoom to connect to the course. Zoom may be accessed through computers, tablets, or any mobile phone. If you need further information on Zoom, please visit www.zoom.us to sign up for free.
Can I participate from anywhere in the world?
Yes, indeed. The program was developed for global leaders located anywhere in the world. Sessions are delivered online and available from anywhere. Zoom can be accessed through an internet connection or telephone line.
